Nature of the Site

This is a private reference site. It does not operate a government office, store official records, or speak for SEORJ, the Perry County Sheriff, ODRC, a court, or any other public agency. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

The site points visitors toward public inmate, jail, court, release, and supervision resources serving Perry County. It may also connect visitors to independent research tools. A link or referral does not make the destination part of this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming people, services, or systems. In particular, you must not:

• Violate a federal, Ohio, local, or other applicable law
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, servers, data, or functions without authorization

Perry County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or any other employment decision
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or rental screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premium decisions
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links and Independent Services

The site links to release records, sheriff and corrections websites, government portals, legal-aid resources, and outside search services. Those destinations control their own content, privacy practices, data handling, fees, and availability. We do not endorse or guarantee an outside service merely by linking to it. Review the destination's terms before submitting information or making a payment.

Services Provided As Is

All content, navigation, and tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that:
